Nexus 85 Macro Synthetic Fibres are engineered to reduce the dosage rate required to comply with the term “structural” to describe synthetic fibres for concrete in EN14889-2. These fibres are designed to be used in a variety of concrete applications, providing enhanced toughness, ductility, load-bearing capabilities while resisting the corrosion effects that blight traditional reinforcement in external concrete applications.

Nexus 85, with its high aspect ratio and carefully designed anchorage, is specifically engineered for applications requiring the lowest structural performance dosage. This makes it ideal for Beam and Block Floors, ensuring BBA compliance and excellent ”structural” performance.

Once the fibres are added, 5 minutes of mixing will ensure their full and even distribution throughout the mix.

Typical dosage is 2.25kg per m3 of concrete, this box will provide a structural compliant dosage for 10m3 of concrete.
