Return and Refund Policy - SHR Fibre Ltd 2025
At SHR Fibre Ltd, we strive to ensure that the products you receive meet your expectations in both quality and condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or request a replacement, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions:
• All returned products must be complete and include ALL original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any other documentation from the original shipment.
• Proof of purchase is required for all return or refund claims, return costs may be at the customer responsibility.
Incorrect Products:
• If you receive an incorrect product or order, please notify SHR Fibre Ltd within 14 days, we will arrange for an exchange.
Damaged Deliveries:
• If your delivery arrives damaged, we recommend refusing delivery from the carrier. If you accept the package, ensure the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery record to support any damage claim.
• Keep the product in its original packaging and notify our customer service within 48 hours. Failure to report damaged goods within this timeframe may result in the standard return policy applying instead.
Defective Products:
• Defective products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase along with details on what the product defect is must be provided. SHR Fibre LTD will investigate any quality issue and can conduct product testing to determine the cause. If the product is found to be defective at point of delivery a refund/replacment will be offered. If the product can be repaired this may be offered to the customer. T&C may apply.
Non-Defective Products:
• Non-defective products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that they haven't been used, damaged or opened. Please note that shipping charges for non-defective returns are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that provides proof of delivery and fully insuring your return shipment for your protection. Certain products will incur a return & handling charge.
Refused Deliveries:
• If a package is refused without a valid reason, the customer will be responsible for return delivery charges.
